Job summary

GRiT in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, design processes and drive transformation and automation initiatives across Business, Processes and Development teams.

You will work with Agile practices, elicit requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery quality. Portuguese language skills are required; prior experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field.
• 2+ years as Business Analyst, ideally in transformation projects and digital solution development.
• Hands-on requirements elicitation, analysis, clarification and closure with business areas.
• Proven ability to turn business needs into functional requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria, scenarios and dependencies.
• Autonomy and critical thinking to challenge and clarify requirements, keeping Business, Processes and Development aligned.
• Process design and optimization skills.
• Stakeholder management, with expectation alignment across different areas.
• Follow-up of implementation, testing and validation of delivered solutions.
• Agile working background.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Portuguese language.
• Proactivity, ownership and strong sense of responsibility.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving and clear communication.
• Team player, comfortable working across departments.
