Job summary

GRiT Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, design processes and drive transformation initiatives across teams. You will elicit requirements, create user stories with acceptance criteria, and work with agile squads to ensure delivery quality while coordinating stakeholders across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with transformation/automation

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field.
2+ years as Business Analyst in transformation/digital solution development.
Agile working background.
Proactive, ownership and strong sense of responsibility.
Track record in transformation and automation projects.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear requirements, process design and optimization, bridging Business, Processes and Development teams.
Hands-on requirements elicitation, analysis, clarification and closure with business areas.
Turn business needs into functional requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Exercise autonomy and critical thinking to align Business, Processes and Development.
Process design and optimization.
Stakeholder management with expectation alignment across different areas.
Follow-up of implementation, testing and validation of delivered solutions.
