act digital is seeking a seasoned Business/Functional Analyst in Porto with 3–5 years of experience to gather and analyze requirements, craft User Stories, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Strong SQL skills, process mapping, and data validation are essential.

You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams, support testing, and document functional workflows to ensure smooth deployment of features.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with User Stories and translating requirements into functional specs.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Experience in process analysis and mapping.
• Experience with testing and data validation.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• French B2 (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze requirements with business teams.
• Translate business requirements into User Stories and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate data.
• Analyze existing processes, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Participate in the definition and execution of functional tests.
• Validate data quality and consistency using SQL queries.
• Create and maintain functional documentation such as specifications, use cases, and user guides.
• Work closely with technical and business teams during solution development and implementation.
• Support the resolution of functional issues and clarify requirements with the teams involved.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication between business and IT.
• Support teams during deployment and after the implementation of new features.
