Hexa Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our hybrid banking delivery team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support functional analysis, requirements management, documentation and testing in an international context, with on-site collaboration twice per week at Parque das Nações.

The role emphasizes collaboration between business and tech, proficiency with SQL, and strong experience in Agile delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping, test documentation and test execution.
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation in complex delivery environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Good understanding of database models and technical architecture.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Experience supporting parametrization and configuration activities.
• Professional working proficiency in French at C1 level and English at B2/C1 level.
• Collaborative, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the maturity required for senior-level delivery.

Responsabilidades
