Decskill, a growing IT consulting group with a presence in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to support Rating and LGD applications in a hybrid model with 2 days onsite in Porto.

You will lead requirements gathering, functional analysis and documentation in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with clients and IT teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience on IT projects within Financial Institutions.
• Knowledge of Risk IT systems, ideally related to Rating and LGD.
• Knowledge of Economics, Finance, Risk Management or Banking.
• Experience with SQL, Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Support QA and test execution.

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support the evolution of Rating and LGD applications used for counterparty rating and LGD calculation, in a hybrid model with 2 days per week onsite in Porto, Portugal.

The role covers requirements gathering, functional analysis, specification writing, QA and testing, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Write functional specifications and functional documentation.
• Support QA and test execution.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Provide first-line user support and knowledge transfer.
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience working on IT projects within Financial Institutions.
• Knowledge of Risk IT systems, ideally related to Rating and LGD.
• Knowledge of Economics, Finance, Risk Management or Banking.
• Experience with SQL, Jira and Confluence.
• French is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, structured, proactive and client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Experience with mentoring and conflict resolution is a plus.
