Ampleshift, a consulting firm specializing in MuleSoft and related technologies, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT consulting or software development, be fluent in Portuguese and English, and adept at producing functional documentation and working within Agile teams.

You will help design, build, and scale digital ecosystems for clients, translating business needs into precise requirements and driving tests to ensure value

Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Consulting or Software projects.
• Experience producing functional documentation.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent).
• Experience specifying and executing tests.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related IT field;
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects;
• Experience producing functional documentation;
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent);
• Experience specifying and executing tests;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
• Proactive, analytical, and autonomous mindset;
• Banking sector experience is a plus.
