Responsibilities

• Lead the breakfast operation: Manage all aspects of the breakfast service, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with Hilton and hotel standards.
• Manage and develop the team: Lead, coach, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver consistent, personalized, and luxury guest experiences.
• Drive guest satisfaction: Maintain a strong presence within the outlet, engage with guests, handle feedback and concerns professionally, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Manage operational performance: Monitor staffing levels, productivity, revenues, costs, and departmental budgets to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate across departments: Work closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and brand compliance.
• Support VIP and special arrangements: Coordinate personalized experiences and special requests to exceed guest expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement: Review guest feedback, operational metrics, and service standards to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the breakfast operation.
