Job summary

Laboratoire SVR is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join the Marketing team in Lisbon to develop local strategies for the Lazartigue and Déparaz brands. You will adapt global campaigns to the Portuguese market and support campaigns, launches, and events to drive brand growth.

Working closely with Sales and medical visit teams, you will track performance, optimize activations, and manage the A&P budget while ensuring alignment with international brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field; master's a plus.
• 1–3 years in Brand Management or similar marketing role.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• High autonomy and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with international strategy and local market objectives.
• Coordinate new product launches and go-to-market plans.
• Adapt international campaigns for the Portuguese market.
• Drive trade marketing to boost visibility and sell-out in pharmacies and parapharmacies.
• Collaborate with Sales to coordinate campaigns, activations, and product launches.
• Coordinate brand communication across offline and digital channels.
• Monitor KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, market share.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support digital marketing, PR and influencer campaigns.
• Organize brand events, training sessions and medical congresses.
