Zumub is seeking a Creative Direction & Brand Identity lead to shape and oversee the brand's creative direction across channels and markets. You will translate strategy into engaging concepts, lead campaigns, and mentor a team of designers and content creators while hands-on on shoots and storytelling across digital, retail, and customer experiences.

Fluent Portuguese and English are required, and a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic direction and production experience is essential to

Qualificações

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience leading creative projects or teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative direction and hands-on content development.
• Excellent writing and creative concept development skills.
• Experience in creative production, including photo and video shoots, scripting, and storyboarding.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (required).

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee the brand's creative direction across channels and markets.
• Develop and write creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and activations.
• Direct hands-on production on shoots, briefing and scripting to align with vision.
• Lead major campaigns from concept through delivery, including product launches.
• Ensure consistent storytelling across digital, social, retail, and CX touchpoints.
• Mentor and collaborate with designers, content creators, and brand specialists.
• Stay ahead of trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
