Zumub is seeking a seasoned Creative Vision & Brand Identity lead to shape the brand’s creative direction and ensure a cohesive identity across global channels. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on content creation.

You will own creative concepts, copy, and production, lead campaigns end-to-end, and work closely with Design, Social Media and Performance teams to maintain a consistent brand voice in a fast-paced, internationally focused environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years in creative/brand/content lead roles.
• Strong portfolio showing strategic creative direction, copywriting and hands-on content production.
• Excellent writing and storytelling with ability to adapt tone across channels.
• Experience with creative production including photo/video shoots, scripting and storyboarding.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills with autonomy.
• Experience in ecommerce/retail/consumer brands is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage the brand’s creative direction across all channels and markets.
• Create compelling creative concepts, narratives and copy for campaigns, social, launches and emails.
• Lead campaigns from concept to execution; participate in photo and video productions on set.
• Maintain brand voice and collaborate with Design, Social, Performance Marketing and Affiliates.
• Inspire and guide the creative team, keep up with cultural and digital trends, and drive innovative formats.
