Wilde in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Restaurant & Bar Server to be the face of our vibrant aparthotel. You’ll deliver warm, guest-focused service across dining and bar areas, uphold brand standards, and help create memorable experiences for every guest that walks through our doors.

No prior restaurant experience required—full training will be provided. You’ll join a diverse team, enjoy flexible patterns, and opportunities to grow as we expand across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred; training provided.
• Excellent communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Wilde, delivering warm, guest-focused service across restaurant and bar areas.
• Maintain brand standards and create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth service across shifts.
• Set the mood and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment.
• Assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special requests.
