Job summary
Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking customer experience agent to join our Braga team. You will support French-speaking customers in an on-site setting with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule is Mon–Fri 07:00–19:00 with Sat 08:00–15:00; contract is 6 months. Compensation includes €930 gross/month (14 salaries per year), a €2,000 welcome bonus and a €155 monthly performance bonus. Two days off each week.
Qualifications
- Fluent French (C2) with no accent.
- Live in Portugal within 50 km of Braga office.
- Willing to work on-site in Braga.
