Job summary

You will collaborate with the Global HR team, local management, and external partners to ensure efficient HR services, manage multiple HR priorities, and provide reliable support to employees

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and people-focused HR professional with a hands-on operating style.
• Experience supporting day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Experience with compliance documentation and local administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records, and lifecycle changes.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain HR data across systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, absences, leave, bonuses, and employee changes with external partners.
• Administer employee benefits (e.g., health insurance) and manage attendance/leave records.
• Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and assist with SOX-related records and local compliance.
