A Boardroom Appointments procura um Engenheiro de Serviço de Imaging para Portugal, com experiência em CT/MR/X-ray e forte autonomia. O candidato ideal terá formação técnica, fluência em inglês e capacidade de planeamento de instalações hospitalares.

Responsável por start-up, calibração, instalação e suporte de soluções de imagem, mantendo os projetos nos cronogramas e assegurando a qualidade do serviço aos clientes.

Qualificações

• Formação técnica ou grau, associado ou superior; mínimo de 4+ anos de experiência ou combinação equivalente de educação/experiência
• Inglês fluente é obrigatório; português é uma vantagem
• Capacidade de resolução de problemas com nível de especialidade
• Boas habilidades de comunicação com clientes

Responsabilidades

• Start-up, calibração e serviço de modalidades de imagem (CT, MR, RX e Ultrassom)
• Fornecer serviço especializado e instalar soluções
• Comunicar problemas técnicos e atrasos
• Manter os projetos de instalação dentro do prazo
• Avaliar o layout de sala e qualidade da instalação
• Diagnosticar problemas técnicos e reparar falhas fora da caixa
• Gerir peças, ferramentas e documentação de intervenções

About the job Service Engineer Imaging - Portugal

• Technical training or degree, associates or higher;
  minimum of 4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• X-Ray, Computer Tomography (CT) and/or Magnetic Resonance (MR) Experience Preferred
• Previous working experience in Philips, holding Philips certification - an advantage
• Expert level troubleshooting skills and capable of evaluating room layout, site planning and service planning
• Must be able to effectively set up and connect hospital networks to Philips remote diagnostic applications.
• Requires superb customer and communication skills.
• Must be organized, self-sufficient and capable of working with little or no supervision.
• Management basic skills
• People management basic skills (small team management)
• Fluent English - mandatory. Portuguese - an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Start-up, calibration and service of a selection of imaging modalities (CT, MR, X-Ray and Ultrasound)
• Provide expert level to service and install solutions
• Communicate and elevate technical issues and delays
• Keep installation projects on schedule
• Evaluate room layout and installation quality of mechanical install vendors
• Start-up in accordance with factory instructions and specifications
• Troubleshoot technical problems and repair out of box failures
• Correct vendor and factory errors and mistakes;
  order missing or damaged parts
• Provide feedback to HQ and support center, factory, project management and planning.
• Execute all service activities and task on equipment under responsibility.
• Performs complex equipment installation, investigative tests, and repairs installed systems in assigned modalities.
• Maintains tools & parts inventory under own responsibility, support schedule maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc., and completes documents required of all interventions from preventive service, corrective to installations.
• Performs complex service or systems calls and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
• Performs assessment of complex product/equipment performance based on field data and recommends modifications or improvements.
• Successfully demonstrates thorough/ advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
• Generally, 4-5 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above
