Nadara is an innovative energy company focused on living energy through wind and solar projects. We seek an Environmental & Biodiversity Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance and advance biodiversity initiatives across onshore assets.

The role collaborates with HSQE, Development, and O&M teams, external consultants, and authorities to implement robust environmental strategies and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Ensure compliance with EU environmental legislation, permits, and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Natura 2000, EIA, water, waste and other frameworks.
• Act as the point of contact with competent authorities for environmental aspects of sites and projects.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports and follow-up action plans with authorities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and biodiversity action plans for all phases.
• Coordinate biodiversity monitoring programs including ornithological and chiropteran studies.
• Manage fauna detection and protection systems for birds and bats.
• Support ISO 14001 EMS implementation and reporting.
• Conduct environmental inspections and risk assessments; recommend mitigations.
• Liaise with NGOs, experts, and local communities on biodiversity matters.
