Quadrante in Alfragide, Portugal, seeks a BIM Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact building projects. You will contribute to BIM coordination across disciplines and help develop routines and workflows.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and 3+ years in BIM coordination, with strong Revit skills and knowledge of Dynamo or Python. You will mentor junior staff and help create BIM procedures.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and BIM methodology understanding.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and Python is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in BIM model coordination across multidisciplinary projects.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Alfragide | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Associate

Job Responsibilities - What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Participate in BIM model coordination processes within multidisciplinary building projects
• Support the development of BIM routines and workflows, including automation through programming tools
• Assist in the coordination between different disciplines, ensuring consistency and alignment of models
• Support the management and guidance of more junior team members
• Collaborate in the creation and development of production methods, templates, and BIM procedures

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in BIM coordination or similar roles

• Strong ability to work across different types of projects and adapt to new challenges
