Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Architect for the Architecture department, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience. Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to adapt to a variety of project types and environments.
• High level of autonomy, attention to detail, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Ensure timely and effective responses to client requests and actively participate in meetings to understand client needs.
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor and manage project processes with stakeholders and authorities.
• Ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary project development to align with objectives and client expectations.
