Qualifications

• Experience in billing, Order to Cash or Quote to Cash within a finance environment.
• Fluent in English. Additional European language beneficial (especially German).
• A good understanding of billing processes, financial controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience using ERP systems and finance or billing workflow tools.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to organise priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end billing activities, helping deliver accurate, timely and compliant invoicing.
• Work with third-party providers and internal teams to support effective billing operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve billing processes.
• Help colleagues across Quote to Cash and Finance resolve billing queries with clear and accurate information.
• Contribute to process documentation, controls, reporting and audit activities as required.
