Salsify is seeking a Support Engineer for SupplierXM to join our global team, delivering high-quality English and French support to retailers, distributors, and suppliers.

You will deepen product knowledge, contribute to knowledge base, and collaborate across teams to improve service, with a focus on customer success and memorable experiences.

This role emphasizes proactive learning, strong communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse personas.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Technical mindset with comfort using HTML, APIs, log files, and networks.
• Experience with Salesforce or Jira and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality English and French technical support via email, tickets, phone, and live chat.
• Escalate cases appropriately and communicate with customers to prevent churn.
• Handle feedback professionally and participate in knowledge documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and team mentoring when needed.
• Stay current with product updates and share knowledge across teams.
