Inspired Education Group is seeking a Receptionist for PaRK International School Alfragide in Lisbon. You will welcome parents, students and visitors with premium, warm, and professional service, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth campus access and communication.

This role combines high-end customer service with core administrative tasks, including switchboard management, email handling, and safeguarding adherence to maintain a top-tier school environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or premium hospitality roles.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a warm, empathetic demeanor.
• Strong presentation skills, representing the school's high-standard corporate image.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and organized in a busy environment with high foot traffic.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome all visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a premium reception experience.
• Manage the school switchboard, screening calls and routing inquiries efficiently.
• Filter and answer the central school email inbox, forwarding messages to the correct departments.
• Control campus access by issuing visitor badges and strictly enforcing safeguarding and security logs.
• Direct prospective families to the Admissions Team upon arrival for school tours.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier deliveries, and internal correspondence.
• Support the administration team with basic data entry and document organization during quiet hours.
