Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking healthcare support specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will be the primary contact for Italian clients across multiple channels, translating complex medical information into clear guidance for users worldwide.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English (C1), on-site presence, and willingness to work 24/7 shifts including nights. Experience with diabetes devices or healthcare tech support is a plus, with relocation support and onboarding

• Native/ Fluent Italian language required.
• Proficient English (C1) in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients across multichannel platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational inquiries about diabetes medical devices with calm, empathetic communication.
• Handle urgent calls and high-priority queries with active listening and professionalism.
• Keep precise records and apply complex medical product guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
