The role requires C1/C2 level French and C1 English, with 24/7 rotating shifts and accommodation support for candidates relocating to Porto.

Qualifications

C1/C2 level French, both written and spoken.
C1 level English.
Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage and retain large amounts of information.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage stress and remain professional in challenging situations.

Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating-shift environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support and respond to a wide range of customer inquiries.
