The Career Nest is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join our Lisbon team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
The role starts on-site for 3 months in Lisbon, then transitions to a hybrid model. Competitive base salary of €1,400 gross per month plus a signing bonus of €2,000 paid in instalments, a monthly €150 language bonus, and a performance bonus up to €100 based on KPIs.
Qualificações
- Full professional fluency in Dutch (native or equivalent).
- Strong conversational and written proficiency in English.
