Career Nest Academy is hiring a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to support customers in Lisbon. The role starts on-site for the first 3 months, then transitions to a hybrid model.

Working days are Monday to Friday with daytime hours. The base gross salary is €1,400 per month, plus a €2,000 signing bonus paid in six installments, a €150 monthly language bonus, and a performance bonus up to €100 per month based on KPIs.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) with strong English proficiency.
• Resident of Lisbon with valid local working documents.
• Excellent customer service and digital communication skills.
