emagine is seeking a Contract Analyst in Lisbon to manage the contract lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and support clients, consultants, and suppliers. You will coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with standards.

A people-driven, detail-oriented professional is required to oversee complex contracts and drive efficient operations. Key responsibilities include drafting, administering, updating, and archiving contracts; coordinating signatures; and

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience handling detailed written materials, documents, and databases.
• Strong people-oriented service mindset supporting others.
• High drive, initiative, persistence and being result oriented.
• Disciplined, structured working style with strong communication.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM and project management systems; English and French mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and manage contracts and templates; manage workflow in internal system.
• Send out contracts daily; ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Update and adapt agreements and templates as needed.
• Coordinate signatures and finalization.
• Maintain contract data across internal systems.
• Archive agreements per policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment.
• Support account managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients with contract inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize contract processes.
• Assist with contract-related reporting and insights.
