act digital is seeking a Business Analyst (French Speaker) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams on international digital transformation projects. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into actionable specs.

The role requires strong French and English at B2 level, familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence, and experience in cross-cultural environments. Hybrid role based in Lisbon with ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in French (minimum B2 level).
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with national and international stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
• Support project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Participate in the definition, execution, and validation of functional testing activities.
• Monitor project priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
