Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) seeks a Contract Administrator to manage contract compliance and ERP (SAP) registration across sales, legal, and order management. You will ensure accuracy of contracts and maintain strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires attention to detail, solid contract management knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support the sales team and drive process improvements lifecycle-wide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract management and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms.
• Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to ensure timely invoicing and delivery as per contract terms.
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team on contract-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize contract administration.
