Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual Content Moderator fluent in Greek and English to join our on-site team in Lisbon. In this 6-month contract, you will review content for policy and legal compliance, maintain high quality standards, and help ensure the safety of uploaded content.

You will handle moderation tasks on an e-commerce platform, apply local market knowledge to decisions, and work to meet SLA targets while adapting to evolving policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Greek and English.
• Strong content moderation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Rational decision-making with local market expertise.
• Good understanding of e-commerce principles.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee product and service standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Apply rational decision-making with local market expertise.
• Ensure high quality while reviewing content.
• Stay knowledgeable about leading e-commerce standards and practices.
• Review content within agreed latency service levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company per established procedures.
