JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Turkish-speaking Content Developer to join our Portugal-based team. The role focuses on reviewing, creating, editing, and optimizing Turkish content while ensuring accuracy and platform compliance.

The position offers full-time hours, paid training, and relocation support to Portugal. You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high-quality standards and improve user engagement in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Turkish language skills.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, edit, review, and optimize digital content in Turkish.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Conduct content reviews according to internal guidelines and policies.
• Research and verify information to maintain content integrity.
• Improve content readability, structure, and user engagement.
• Identify and correct language, grammar, formatting, and contextual issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content meets business objectives.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and data.
• Follow quality standards, operational procedures, and platform policies.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while delivering accurate results.
