Job summary

Link seeks a Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with clients on international projects. You will identify and specify business requirements, model processes with BPMN, and deliver high-quality documentation.

The role includes user support, training sessions, and guiding clients through decisions, with availability to travel to Luxembourg. 2–3 years’ experience, fluency in Portuguese and French are mandatory, and we offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis and specification with clients.
• Fluency in Portuguese and French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of BPMN.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in user support and training.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with clients to identify, analyse and specify their business requirements
• Model and document business processes using BPMN
• Produce clear, high-quality functional documentation
• Provide user support and deliver training sessions
• Guide clients through decisions, acting as a trusted point of reference throughout the project
