Job summary

Link | Linkroad in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a proactive Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into clear specifications. You will work closely with clients to identify, analyze and document requirements, and model processes using BPMN.

You will produce high-quality functional documentation, provide user support and training, and guide clients through decisions, including travel to Luxembourg as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis and specification with clients.
• Fluency in Portuguese and French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of BPMN.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to travel to Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with clients to identify, analyse and specify their business requirements
• Model and document business processes using BPMN
• Produce clear, high-quality functional documentation
• Provide user support and deliver training sessions
• Guide clients through decisions, acting as a trusted point of reference throughout the project
