OM Digital Solutions in Portugal is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Business Intelligence team. You will operate, monitor, and maintain ETL pipelines, ensuring data flow and integrity while collaborating with business units to translate requirements into effective data solutions.

You will develop data integration processes, document procedures, and provide L2 BI support, applying ITIL practices. The role emphasizes data governance, security, and compliance within a dynamic BI ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Foundational experience supporting and maintaining data engineering workflows and processes, with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development, data integration, and basic process automation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into effective data solutions under guidance.
• Experience or exposure to providing L2 support for BI systems, with an understanding of ITIL-based support practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting processes, including dashboarding and data visualization tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with both technical and business stakeholders.
