Mastercard is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive the growth of Merchant Solutions across Europe. You will work with Sales Directors to develop opportunities, prepare customer proposals, and coordinate internal teams to close deals.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for payments and digital commerce. Collaboration across markets and functions is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales support, business development, consulting, payments, fintech, product commercialization, or a related field.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, processing, merchant services, fintech, or digital commerce is a plus.
• Experience preparing business cases, customer proposals, and presentations.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales teams, account managers and customer solution architects in identifying, qualifying, and progressing Merchant Solutions opportunities.
• Develop customer presentations, business cases, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Mastercard's Merchant Solutions portfolio and industry trends.
• Help translate customer needs into solution-based recommendations and value propositions.
• Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to support deal progression.
• Support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting activities.
• Contribute market insights and customer feedback to help improve solution positioning and commercialization efforts.
• Assist with RFPs, customer information requests, and other commercial activities.
• Support the successful transition of opportunities from sales to implementation and onboarding teams.
