Hilton is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and deliver memorable events for guests across all occasions. You will manage setups, coordinate with Food & Beverage, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in hotel banquet management, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction guiding every action.

Qualificações

• Experience in Conference and Banquet Operations in hotel/events centre
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of hotel/leisure/service sector
• Proven leadership and team development abilities

Responsabilidades

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Plan, organize, and execute banquet events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas
• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware are arranged according to event specifications and quality standards
• Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant teams in Food and Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping
• Ensure function rooms are properly broken down and all equipment is stored correctly for the next event
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
