Qualificações

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python or Go and API design.
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous/event-driven patterns (SSE, webhooks).
• Understanding of microservice communication and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with task lifecycle handling and JSON-based endpoints.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing.

We're looking for a Backend Engineer — A2A Integration to join our team in Portugal in a fully remote working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building the Agent Gateway for an Enterprise Agent Development Platform – a cloud-native ecosystem enabling engineering teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale. You will design and implement the mechanisms for agent-to-agent (A2A) integration, including agent card registration, target configuration, API routing, and invocation patterns.
