Job summary

Joom Group ищет ведущего Backend-разработчика для линейки решений Joom Marketplace Solutions. Ваша задача — сформировать архитектуру, обеспечить отказоустойчивость и масштабируемость в AWS, а также участвовать в разработке новых функций, управлять командой из 3–6 инженеров и развивать техническое видение продукта.

Требуется опыт лидирования и подбора сотрудников, уверенное владение одним из языков: Go/Java/Kotlin/C++/Python/Scala, а также крепкая база алгоритмов и разработки под Linux/Unix.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства Backend-командой и найма сотрудников.
• Уверенные знания одного из языков: Go/Java/Kotlin/C++/Python/Scala.
• Опыт разработки сложных проектов и отличная алгоритмическая база.
• Опыт разработки под Linux/Unix.
• Преимущество: опыт высоконагруженных систем, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать архитектуру бэкенда и принимать архитектурные решения.
• Обеспечивать отказоустойчивость сервисов в AWS-облаке.
• Готовиться к росту объёмов данных и пропускной способности.
• Участвовать в обсуждении новых фич и продуктов.
• РMentорить команду бэкэнд-разработчиков (3–6 человек).

Joom Group is an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. We are here to transform the largest industry in the world, global trade, making it more transparent, efficient, and technology-driven. We are currently looking for Lead Backend Developers to join the Joom Marketplace Solutions.

Задачи:

• Come up with architecture Program in Go (Go is not a must for us; it is more important for a successful candidate to have solid algorithm skills, fundamental technical knowledge, and great coding skills in general)
• Provide fault tolerance for coded services in an AWS environment
• Be prepared for a constant increase of processed and stored data loads and volumes
• Participate in new feature and product development discussions
• Managing and mentoring a backend team of 3-6 developers

Требования:

• Experience in leading and developing a backend team by recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
• Confident knowledge of any of the programming languages: Go/Java/Kotlin/C++/Python/Scala
• Complex project development experience
• Excellent algorithmic training
• Experience in development for Linux / Unix
