Job summary

Safeguest is seeking a Video Content Creator to shape the brand through compelling videos from concept to final edit. You will work with the marketing team to convert insights and product stories into narratively strong content that resonates with B2B audiences.

Based in Portugal (Lisbon) preferred, with hands-on filming and editing skills and a portfolio showing ability to craft authentic founder-led content. Salary ranges from €30,000 to €35,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

Experience creating video content for B2B environments, especially tech, SaaS or hospitality.
Strong personal branding and founder-led content understanding.
Hands-on filming and editing skills with a portfolio.
Excellent storytelling to engage professional audiences.
Ability to guide shoots and coordinate with a marketing team.
Proficiency in English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit video content for Safeguest’s brand and marketing channels.
Develop personal-brand content with a clear, authentic voice alongside the founder and team.
Translate conversations and product stories into engaging videos.
Create short-form social content and longer-form interviews, explainers, and customer stories.
Make interviewees comfortable on camera and guide recording sessions.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns and priorities.
Repurpose footage into multiple assets and use insights to improve future content.
