Air Apps, a Lisbon-based company, is seeking a Creative Producer (Video Producer) to lead end-to-end video production. You will shape brand storytelling, educate users, and drive engagement across digital platforms, collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.

The role is fully onsite in Lisbon, with relocation support possible. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Film/Media/Communications and ~3+ years in video production, with strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of production equipment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Concept & Scripting: Develop video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards aligning with brand guidelines.
• Production Management: Oversee all aspects of video production, including hiring crews, sourcing talent, and budgeting.
• Post-Production Oversight: Guide editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor video assets for social media, web, and in-app content while maintaining quality.
• Quality Control & Budgeting: Ensure brand standards, deadlines, and budget compliance.
