Job summary

CB Talents SP in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring for a full-time English-speaking customer experience role focused on digital advertising support. You will help B2B clients solve advertising-related issues and learn digital tools while supporting small and medium businesses.

You’ll work rotating shifts 06:00–00:00 with a structured training program and onboarding. The role offers health insurance and a path to permanent employment after 2 years.

Qualifications

• Speak English fluently.
• Have customer service, technical support, sales, or similar experience.
• Enjoy solving problems and explaining things clearly.
• Are comfortable learning new digital tools.
• Have strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Are curious about technology, social media, or digital advertising.
• Can work rotating schedules between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday–Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Support businesses through live chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues.
• Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Identify recurring problems and help find solutions.
• Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Help improve the overall customer experience.
