JC Aircraft Maintenance in Porto (OPO), Portugal, is hiring a Document Controller – Technical Records Administrator to support Ryanair’s engineering function. The role involves handling back-office documentation, issuing work packages, and assisting technical staff with records.

The ideal candidate will have experience with aviation documentation, familiarity with AMOS or similar MES, and excellent attention to detail, with fluency in English and the ability to work shifts.

Qualificações

• Experience with technical paperwork and documentation.
• Familiarity with Part 145 MROs in Base Maintenance is a plus.
• Strong IT skills; AMOS experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date aircraft technical records.
• Collect paperwork, scan and distribute to Technical Records and CAMO.
• Conduct Technical Logbook Check for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure records comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to verify records.
• Assist audits and inspections by compliance/regulatory authorities.
• Use maintenance management software to monitor aircraft status.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Reports to Local Maintenance Management team.
