JC Aircraft Maintenance in Porto (OPO) is recruiting a Document Controller - Technical Records Administrator to support Ryanair's engineering function in Europe. You will maintain aircraft technical records, issue work packages, and assist technical staff with documentation.

The role requires familiarity with Part 145 MROs and EASA regulations, strong IT skills (AMOS a plus), and excellent attention to detail. English fluency is essential and a Portuguese contract is offered with shift work.

Qualificações

• Strong IT skills and ability to handle documentation accurately.
• Experience with aviation records and maintenance documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Part 145 MROs and EASA regulations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date aircraft technical records.
• Collect, sort, scan and distribute paperwork to technical teams.
• Conduct Technical Logbook checks for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure records comply with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to verify record completion and accuracy.
• Assist audits and inspections by compliance and authorities.
• Use maintenance software to monitor aircraft status and report trends.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and issues.
• Report to Local Maintenance Management team.
