EJME (Portugal) Aircraft Management, Lda. is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician to oversee maintenance programmes, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards for Company aircraft.

The role requires a engineering degree (or AML Part 66 Cat C), 4–6 years in aircraft maintenance, and fluency in Business English to liaise with stakeholders and service centers. On-site position in Paço de Arcos, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or AML Part 66 Cat C with aircraft experience.
• 3–5 years experience in Part-M/Part-145 Mx.
• Formal technical training in aircraft maintenance.
• Strong ability to interpret aircraft manuals.
• Experience with reliability data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of EASA, FAA, ICAO and NAA regs.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and plan short- and long-term aircraft maintenance with stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance status and ensure timely inspections per IAP.
• Procure slots and coordinate maintenance actions with centers.
• Support SLAs and manage costs to meet EJME targets.
• Develop and optimize MELs with Flight Operations.
• Update AAIP to meet EASA and ANAC requirements.
• Review maintenance proposals to control costs.
• Provide maintenance support to flight crews for AOG decisions.
• Coordinate with authorities and OEMs to sustain service levels.
• Oversee continuous analysis programs to improve reliability.
