Lufthansa Technik Portugal S.A in Porto is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage aircraft material processing—receiving, storing, supplying and shipping to repair shops or customers, ensuring timely provision in coordination with the customer.

The requirements include 3+ years in intralogistics, experience in aviation logistics is a plus, High School/Professional Certificate, fluent in Portuguese and English, MS-Office and SAP familiarity, and a valid B driver’s license with ability to lift

Responsabilidades

• Receiving, clarification, storing, supplying and shipping of aircraft material as per described procedures including physical handling.
• Input data in EDP system and archive documentation according to established procedures.
• Ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled, e.g., verifying airworthiness certificates for aircraft materials.
• Work according to the Quality Management System and proactively work to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors and prioritize and process customer requests, supply issues, and complaints.

Tasks

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the processing of aircraft material, including physical handling, inspection, and forwarding to repair shops or the customer. This includes ensuring high-quality and timely provision of materials in close coordination with the customer.

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

• Receiving,clarification,storing,supplying and shipping of mainly aircraft material as per described procedures including physical handling
• Input data in EDP system and archive documentation according to established procedures
• Ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled,e.g.,verifying airworthiness certificates for aircraft materials
• Work according to the Quality Management System and proactively work to resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with colleagues,customers,and vendors and prioritize and process customer requests,supply issues,and complaints

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in intralogistics (goods receiving,warehousing,shipping)
• Experience in aviation logistics is an advantage
• High school or Professional School certificate
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
• Good computer skills (MS-Office),SAP is an advantage
• Must have a valid B driver’s license,forklift is a plus
• Must be able to lift packages up to 30 kg
• Willingness to work shifts,holidays,and/or weekends as necessary
• IATA regulations training,dangerous goods courses,Export Control courses are an advantage
• Lean Basics or Intensive Training is an advantage
