Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead for Flutter Functions Global Sportsbook & Trading (GST) to drive software delivery through empowered teams, Agile/Lean practices, and DevOps culture. You will facilitate planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness; track metrics; collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Service Operations to align goals and remove blockers.

Qualifications

Track record of enabling high‑performing software and/or platform teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders.
Experience balancing multiple streams of work while maintaining alignment and flow.
Problem‑solving mindset, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change.
Passion for delivery excellence, system thinking, and continuous learning.
Mastery of Agile, Lean, and preferably DevOps practices applied in real‑world software or infrastructure teams.
Leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
Proficiency with delivery tooling such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and dashboards.
Experience working within cloud‑native environments, particularly AWS, is a strong plus.
Relevant certifications (e.G., Scrum Master, SAFe, AWS) are a nice to have.

Responsibilities

Support autonomous, cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver effectively through Agile and Lean practices.
Promote delivery discipline and a DevOps culture to ensure ownership from design to operations.
Facilitate delivery ceremonies, including planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and release readiness.
Track and analyse delivery metrics to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Service Operations to align goals and manage dependencies.
Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, surfacing blockers, progress, and value delivered.
Identify and manage delivery risks, helping teams implement mitigation strategies.
Drive team coaching, improving ways of working, autonomy, and sustainable delivery.
Encourage knowledge sharing and support the development of the delivery community.
