Blip, part of Flutter Entertainment, is seeking a Product Manager for Sports Operational Excellence to shape core platform services and APIs powering high-volume betting experiences. You’ll collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to improve reliability, observability, and deployment safety at scale.

You will define the platform vision, balance tactical delivery with long-term strategy, and translate business needs into scalable technical capabilities across global markets.

Qualificações

• Product management experience with platform or backend systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading workshops and cross-team planning sessions.
• Ability to balance tactical delivery with strategic thinking.
• Understanding of platform needs and internal stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver outcomes, driving progress across platform capabilities.
• Define success criteria for features using analytics and research.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate blockers to stakeholders.
• Promote platform best practices: observability, reliability, deployment safety.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering with engineering and product teams.
