FedEx is seeking an Automation & AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. You will drive process automation and AI-powered workflows across Global Trade Services, collaborating with customs experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

The role involves using low-code/no-code platforms, Generative AI, and intelligent document processing to automate complex business processes.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Automation, or related field.
Experience designing and implementing process automation solutions in a business environment.
Knowledge of workflow automation, business process management, or intelligent automation technologies.
Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, RPA solutions, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).
