FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) is seeking an Automation & AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. You will help transform the organization into a Data, Automation & AI-driven entity, collaborating with customs, operations, IT, and business stakeholders across Europe.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Automation, or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing process automation solutions in a business environment.
• Knowledge of workflow automation or intelligent automation technologies.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Power Platform, Power Automate, or RPA.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (≈25%).
