FedEx is hiring a Data Scientist to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve challenging business problems within Global Trade Services. The role focuses on building predictive models, automating workflows, and shaping the Data & AI roadmap.

You will collaborate with customs experts, operations teams, and technology partners to translate business problems into analytical solutions, driving measurable value and data literacy across the organization.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI techniques in a business environment.
• Experience with SQL and large-scale data environments.
• Programming skills with modern data science libraries and frameworks.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across Global Trade Services.
• Create predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions that improve productivity, service performance, and trade compliance.
