Cross Border Talents is seeking an Austrian German Content Moderator in Lisbon to help safeguard users and uphold platform standards. You will analyze text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with policies, applying fair, objective moderation decisions within a fast-paced, multilingual team.

Requirements include Austrian German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year of experience in moderation or related analytics.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Austrian German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or related analytical role.
• Detail-oriented, objective, and able to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Make unbiased moderation decisions based on established rules.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful online environment.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases to appropriate teams.
