Aptiv is seeking a skilled Test Manufacturing Engineer to install and maintain production electrical test and programming solutions for PCB-level testing and flash programming. You will work with Manufacturing Engineering teams to deliver reliable test systems on the production floor in Portugal.

The role emphasizes JTAG-based testing, automation, and cybersecurity provisioning. Prior experience with NI TestStand and production support on the shop floor is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Knowledge of test and flash programming technologies, including JTAG Boundary Scan.
• Business fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop In-Circuit Test and flash programming hardware and software for production lines.
• Research test equipment and fixture suppliers; provide equipment costing information.
• Collaborate with Product Development on design-for-test initiatives and cybersecurity provisioning.
• Document the assigned test processes and follow Aptiv procedures.
• Apply Six Sigma, MSA, and CpK to drive continuous improvement of test systems.
